There are two ways you can schedule an appointment. The best way is to schedule an appointment on the Appointment page where you can select on your desired day and time. You enter basic information and after submitting, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment at the email address you provide. The second way to schedule your appointment is to call us at (416) 221-9755 and speak to our staff who will then be able to advise you of availability and schedule an appointment accordingly. It takes less than 30 seconds to schedule an appointment online. Check our availability on the Appointment page .

Yes you can schedule an appointment for the same day. Though we have scheduled hours of operation, we are flexible and will make every effort to accommodate you.

You are required to bring with you two pieces of identification to your appointment with the Notary Public/Commissioner. One of them must be a government issued photo identification (ie. Driver’s Licence or Canadian passport) and an additional non-photo identification. A list of acceptable identification can be found on the Appointments page under Valid ID section.

If you arrive on time for your appointment, depending on the number of documents, on average, your appointment should take approximately 15 minutes.

Yes, you can walk in for a notarization or commissioning, however, it is strongly recommended that you schedule an appointment in order to minimize any wait time. Please note that individuals with appointments will be given priority over walk-ins.

This depends on the number of documents. Our pricing is simple. The first document is $25.00 plus tax and every additional document in the same appointment is $15.00 plus tax. For instance if you had two documents in one appointment, your total would be $40.00 plus tax.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact our office by telephone at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment to advise our staff.

For your convenience, we accept payment by Debit, Credit or Cash.

You may bring a witness with you to your appointment. If you are unable to bring your
witness, depending on the timing of your scheduled appointment, we may be able to
provide a witness for a fee. The fee for us providing a witness is $15.00 for each
signature of the witness. Please ensure to advise our office at the time of booking your

appointment that you require a witness from our staff. We will then be able to advise
you whether we are able to provide you a witness depending your proposed scheduled
appointment.

For most documents, you are required to sign while in the presence of the Notary Public or Commissioner. As such, you will need to redraft/fill in the document once again and bring an unsigned copy with you to your appointment.

Unfortunately, we do not provide mobile notary service. However, we are able to
notarize documents virtual via video conference. There is an additional fee associated
for virtual notarization. Please contact us to inquire of the process and fee.
